Bellway has appointed a new chief financial officer.
Shane Doherty, formerly group chief financial officer of Cairn Homes, joins the business on 2 December.
He takes over from Keith Adey, who announced plans to leave the business in May.

Bellway has appointed a new chief financial officer.
Shane Doherty, formerly group chief financial officer of Cairn Homes, joins the business on 2 December.
He takes over from Keith Adey, who announced plans to leave the business in May.
Prior to his four years at Cairn, Doherty held senior finance roles across multiple sectors, including as chief financial officer at Morgan McKinley and European finance director at Flutter Entertainment (formerly Paddy Power Betfair).
Bellway chairman John Tutte said: “Shane is a senior finance executive with extensive leadership and board experience, and an impressive record of delivering financial and operational growth across a number of industries in a range of financial and commercial disciplines.”
