Hackney Wick co-living scheme given go-ahead
Mitheridge Capital Management and Halcyon Development Partners have received approval from the London Legacy Development Corporation for a 337-bed co-living development in Hackney Wick.
The development located at 115-119 Wallis Road, E9, currently accommodates three warehouses.
Mitheridge and Halcyon will redevelop the site, which will also provide amenities such as workspace, a café and enhanced public realm.

The Hackney Wick and Fish Island Creative Development Trust will operate part of the ground-floor commercial space.
Mitheridge acquired the site into its second fund in 2023.
