Westfield clocks up more luxury retail lettings
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has signed two new high-end retail clients – Swiss watchmaker Omega and cosmetics brand Aesop.
Omega has signed for 1,272 sq ft at Westfield London in White City, W12.
Aesop has taken 1,009 sq ft at Westfield Stratford City, E20, and is set to open later this month.

These new leases come after a series of agreements signed earlier in September.
At Westfield London, sleepwear brand Peter Alexander has taken 4,418 sq ft and is set to open later this year.
At Westfield Stratford City, several food brands have signed deals, expanding the F&B offering.
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer has taken 2,378 sq ft, Mowgli Street Food has taken 2,474 sq ft and Ajia has signed for 5,641 sq ft. All three restaurants will open later this year.
Retail signings at Stratford include Next, which has taken 34,582 sq ft, and Victoria’s Secret, which has signed for 8,019 sq ft. Both retailers are set to open later this month.
The average lease length of all the tenants at both Westfield centres is eight years.
Other tenants signed earlier this month include Kenji, Khaadi, King Living, and Charlotte Tilbury.
