Once finished, the grade-A office space will be hoping to achieve top sustainability credentials, including BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5* and WELL Platinum certifications. It aims to be net zero in operation.
Occupiers will have access to six terraces, a winter garden and a gym, as well as a clubhouse.
The deal will be welcome fillip for the market. According to Savills’ most recent Central London Office Market report, the West End market was running 26% below long-term averages at the end of last month.
Savills and Rx represented the landlords on the deal; Cushman & Wakefield acted for CAA.
