NewRiver REIT’s deadline to make a bid for Capital & Regional has been extended for a fifth time.
NewRiver was required to make an offer by 5pm today, but the deadline has been pushed back repeatedly at the agreement of the Takeover Panel since a May approach. The new deadline is 26 September.
Earlier this week, Praxis has said it has “no intention” of making a bid for Capital & Regional, leaving NewRiver the sole suitor.
