Catella’s Mander Centre scores with Superbowl UK

Superbowl UK has signed a 15-year lease on 17,000 sq ft at Catella APAM’s 620,000 sq ft Mander Centre in Wolverhampton. Superbowl UK operates leisure sites with competitive socialising activities such as tenpin bowling, laser quest and mini golf. The Wolverhampton site will be its 15th in the UK. Harry Wilce, asset manager at Catella APAM, said: “Securing Superbowl UK as a tenant represents a significant achievement in our strategic vision for the Mander Centre and the city of Wolverhampton.
