Agents appointed on City’s new riverside office

The 120,000 sq ft scheme, formerly known as St Magnus House, received planning permission last month. The building will be refurbished to provide floorplates of 17,200 sq ft, a ground-floor café and a destination restaurant.
The proposals, designed by architects at Buckley Gray Yeoman, also include a 10th-floor amenity pavilion with communal roof terrace, a double-height lobby linking Lower Thames Street with the river walkway, and enhanced public realm with landscaping and greenery.
The developer is set to improve the building’s energy performance, targeting EPC A, BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 4.5-star and WELL Platinum certifications.
The scheme will be available for occupation from Q2 2026, with works due to commence in Q1 2025.
