Former Birmingham council chief Cadman takes consultancy role

Deborah Cadman, the former chief executive of Birmingham City Council, has joined consultancy Newtrality as an adviser.

Newtrality, clients of which include West Sussex County Council, Gloucestershire County Council and Barnet Council, said Cadman will help it “meet the emerging requirements of this government while delivering for the public”.

Newtrality partner Ben Ward said: “Deborah has been a huge advocate for disadvantaged communities and really understands the complexity of the challenges which this country faces. With her support, I am excited about the next chapter of Newtrality’s journey and our continued growth.”
