Fora signs Evelyn Partners for Sixty London Wall
Asset manager Evelyn Partners has become one of the first tenants at Fora’s Sixty London Wall flexible workspace, which will open in September this year.
Evelyn Partners has signed up for 7,000 sq ft of space on a three-year term.
The move follows growth in its workforce, with the new offices expected to be used by the firm’s professional services division. Sixty London Wall sits close to Evelyn Partners’ headquarters in nearby 45 Gresham Street.

The move follows growth in its workforce, with the new offices expected to be used by the firm’s professional services division. Sixty London Wall sits close to Evelyn Partners’ headquarters in nearby 45 Gresham Street.
Fora manages 33,000 sq ft of flexible workspace, along with a further 10,000 sq ft of shared amenity space at Sixty London Wall under a management agreement with LaSalle Investment Management. The facilities feature boardrooms, event space, a café, lounge, and fitness/wellness studio.
The entire building offers 328,000 sq ft of grade-A office space across 10 upper floors, with eight retail stores on the ground floor.
Elaine Briggs, head of property at Evelyn Partners, said: “The arrival of a new Fora workspace in the city is a boost for our growing professional services team, allowing us to offer a second location close to our headquarters and with the flexibility to continue to scale our business.”
