Trio of lettings lifts Leeds’ Wellington Place amenities offering
MEPC, the asset manager and developer behind the Wellington Place scheme in Leeds, has secured a trio of new openings for the ground floor of Building 4.
Two eateries – Pret A Manger and Sesame – will occupy 2,249 sq ft and 1,463 sq ft respectively, while a dental clinic, Beyu Dental, will take 2,200 sq ft.
Pret A Manger will be opening later in July. It will be the firm’s sixth shop in Leeds, offering a menu of food, coffee and teas. Sesame is set for the opening in August and will be serving sandwiches, wraps and salads.

Existing food offerings within the Wellington Place masterplan include Mad Frans, the Good Luck Club, Sociable Folk, Hoist House, Café Nero and Veeno.
Also launching in August will be Beyu Dental, offering dental services across five surgery rooms and on-site dental laboratory.
