The site comprises five Victorian former school buildings, which were converted to office use in the early 1980s but have remained vacant since 2020. It is being sold with planning permission for 33 homes, granted by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham earlier this year.
Charlie Redman, associate director in the London land team at Savills, said: “This sale represents a unique opportunity to acquire an incredible collection of buildings in the heart of one of west London’s most desirable residential neighbourhoods. There are many things which will appeal to developers, but its character, location, proximity to several excellent schools and connectivity really set it apart.
The site is being sold by way of informal tender.
