Bruntwood SciTech’s Union secures Fresh HQ deal

Brand experience agency the Fresh Group has become the latest occupier to sign up for space at Bruntwood SciTech’s Union in Manchester city centre. The 10-year deal with a five-year break was signed for 4,613 sq ft of fully fitted and furnished workspace at £38 per sq ft in a move to expand the business. The company has relocated its headquarters from Cheadle Royal Business Park, where it had spent the past 10 years. It will now be working alongside Bruntwood SciTech, which occupies the building for its own headquarters as well as fintech firm Planixs, tech company BJSS and PR agency Citypress. Union is located on Albert Square, overlooking Manchester Town Hall.
