Former IPSX chief executive sets up advisory firm
The former chief executive of the defunct real estate stock exchange IPSX has opened the doors at his own advisory firm focused on corporate finance and capital raisings.
Roger Clarke worked at IPSX for five years and was chief executive from 2022 until the business was wound down at the end of last year.
He has now set up Lonsdale Clarke, which will advise clients on fund raising, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. The firm is based in flexible office space at 167-169 Great Portland Street, W1.

The firm’s website says: “We make introductions between companies and sophisticated investors. We help growing businesses to access new sources of funding, restructure debt, prepare for any transactions they are planning to undertake, and to become more efficient and effective.
Clarke joined IPSX on secondment from M7 Real Estate, whose founder, Richard Croft, is now in the process of launching a successor to IPSX.
Earlier in his career Clarke held investing banking roles at Rothschild, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan Cazenove and Stifel.
