Places for People Homes has received planning permission from Birmingham City Council for the development of a 234-home canal-side scheme.
The 2.07-acre site is located north of Icknield Square in Ladywood, to the west of the city centre, and the development will be delivered across three interlinked buildings ranging from four to 10 storeys in height.
The scheme will comprise homes of one to three bedrooms, 10% of which will be affordable housing. It will also include 2,100 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor.
