Flex operator takes additional space at MEPC’s Wellington Place
Flexible office provider Cubo taken additional space at 6 Wellington Place in Leeds following an increase in demand for space in the city’s business quarter.
The firm joined Wellington Place community at the end of 2021, taking 19,821 sq ft on the third floor of the building. It has now added further 7,600 sq ft on the second floor.
According to Radius data, the deal was signed for 12 years at £30 per sq ft.

Cubo is expected to use the space to provide private offices alongside hotdesks and designated desks in its co-working space.
Marc Brough, chief executive at Cubo, said: “Since opening at Wellington Place we have seen high demand, resulting in this expansion.
“This move to increase our footprint at Wellington Place is reflective of our wider growth as we continue to roll out the Cubo brand to major cities across the UK.”
