Evelyn Partners finds new home in Leeds
Wealth manager Evelyn Partners will be moving its regional hub in the second half of this year after agreeing a lease at 3 Wellington Place in Leeds.
The company will occupy an 8,445 sq ft office suite on the third floor of the five-storey building at a rent of £35 per sq ft.
Other occupiers at 3 Wellington Place include Investec, WSP, Savills, Wrigleys, Mazars, Buro Happold and Redmayne Bentley.

Wellington Place is an urban quarter being developed by MEPC spanning 11 office buildings and hotel, leisure, retail and outdoor spaces.
Evelyn Partners is relocating from its existing Leeds base, measuring 11,146 sq ft, at City Point, 29 King Street.
Ian Gibson, managing partner at Evelyn Partners’ Leeds office, said: “The new premises in a vibrant new quarter in the city centre will enable us to keep pace with the ambitious plans we have to work with more clients in Yorkshire.
“Wellington Place, which is well-located and within easy reach of the train station, will provide a modern working environment for our staff and first-class meeting rooms for clients to meet their advisers.”
Paul Pavia, commercial director at MEPC, added: “Wellington Place has become a hub for financial and professional services in Leeds.”
Savills and JLL were letting agents on the deal.
