Next phase of Aberfeldy given go-ahead
The mayor of London has approved EcoWorld London and Poplar Harca’s plans for the next phase of Aberfeldy Village, E14.
The consented plans include more than 1,500 homes, 39% of which will be affordable. Of the affordable homes, 89% will be social rent.
Aberfeldy Village’s regeneration will also include more than 38,000 sq ft of public open space. The scheme also include 25,000 sq ft of commercial space and 28,000 sq ft of workspace.

The masterplan is designed by architects Levitt Bernstein working alongside a design team comprising Morris+Company, LDA Design and ZCD Architects.
