Built-ID, the community engagement platform founded by EG Rising Star and award winner Savannah de Savary, has been acquired by proptech firm Landtech.
Built-ID’s community engagement platform Give My View seeks to help speed up the planning process by delivering a better consultation process, bringing developers and local communities closer together.
Clients of the firm include Transport for London, Legal & General and Argent. As part of Lamdtech, it will extend its reach into the housing development sector.
LandTech co-founder and former town planner Jonny Britton said: “Our acquisition will allow GiveMyView to continue to support councils to put in place strong local plans and policies that are informed by robust democratic input. This provides certainty for developers, which helps make investment decisions easier while enabling more houses to get built.”
