The move comes as the occupier is set to give up the lease of the premises soon.

Tritax has lodged plans for a makeover of a former Currys PC World warehouse located on the Waterfold Business Park in Bury, Greater Manchester.
The move comes as the occupier is set to give up the lease of the premises soon.
Under the new plans the bespoke facility, built in 1999, will be demolished to create space for the construction of a modern logistics hub, spanning 197,000 sq ft.
The new building, designed by architect Stephen George + Partners, will comprise 181,000 sq ft of storage and distribution space, with the remainder of the space fitted out as offices.
The proposals also include cycle parking and bicycle storage, as well as car parking spaces, of which 20% will be electrical charging points.
The new facility aims to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
Framptons were appointed as planning consultants on the scheme, while DTRE is providing Tritax with agency advice.
