People moves: BNP Paribas expands Birmingham office agency

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Charlotte Fullard (pictured, left) as senior associate director in its office agency team in Birmingham. She joins from Vail Williams and has 22 years’ experience as an office agent. The firm has also appointed James Littlewood as its UK head of data transformation.
Aitchison Raffety has hired Emma Woolven (pictured, centre) as its new area director for the South. She joins from JLL, where she worked on the retail valuation team.
Andrew Taylor (pictured, right) has joined Brasier Freeth as an investment agency consultant. He was previously a partner at Hoddell Stotesbury Morgan.

CBRE has appointed Stephen Proudley as executive director and head of northern retail. He joins from Savills, where he has held a director role for more than five years.
Watkin Jones has promoted Alex Pease to chief executive. He joined the firm in 2012, was appointed chief investment officer in 2021 and joined the board in 2022.
Brave Corporation has appointed investment expert Rachel Lupiani and hospitality leader Ian Minor to lead its opco/propco structure. The business aims to bridge the gap between office supply and demand to mitigate the rise of stranded assets.
Sarah Stewart has joined Gerald Eve’s energy and renewables division in Glasgow, where she will work with customers investing in real estate related to the energy transition. She formerly worked at Cushman & Wakefield.
Sebastian Johnson has been appointed as ecosystem director at ARC, where he will oversee the expansion of its cluster network with future members across Oxfordshire and the Golden Triangle.
Martyn Stevens has joined DM Hall as an associate for the north of Scotland.
Avison Young has named Kat Hanna and Adrian Boyce as co-managing directors of its London office. Hanna is currently director of strategic advisory and place strategy, while Boyce is principal and head of project management, workplace, arts and culture.
Sam Beaumont has joined Arc & Co as an asset finance adviser from OakNorth Bank.
Multi Corporation has appointed Jörg-Michael Zimmermann as managing director for Germany. He joins from Union Investment, where he was head of asset management.
Will Brown has joined Cheffins as director with a focus on the office, laboratory and research and development sectors. He previously worked for Coke Gearing.
Phil Clark has been named executive chair of Wellcome’s Genome Campus near Cambridge. He will be in charge of choosing an executive team and a board of directors, as well as recruiting new occupants to the local scientific community.
James Gibson has joined Eversheds Sutherland’s planning and infrastructure team as a partner. He joins from Pinsent Masons, where he worked on carbon capture, hydrogen, and offshore and onshore wind projects.
Commercial Acceptances has hired Alasdair Houghton as a director to lead on new lending opportunities and manage the company’s existing development and investment portfolio.
Jared Kilgarriff has been promoted to head of lettings at Knight Frank’s Hampstead office. He joined the consultancy in 2018 as an associate.
Watson Batty has hired John Nall as an architect.
Real estate investment management firm PAREF has appointed Anne Schwartz to the role of deputy chief executive. She joined the group in 2019.
Mark Bourgeois, former head of UK and Ireland at Hammerson, will take over as interim chief executive of the Government Property Agency. He will replace Steven Boyd, who is stepping down at the end of November. Bourgeois‘s past roles include executive director at Capital & Regional.
Matthew Simpson has stepped down as chief financial officer of Palace Capital, having held the role at the REIT for two years.
Savills has promoted Victoria Burgin to head of its Birmingham office. She will take over the role from Simon Farrant in January.
Urban Splash has appointed Niall Ingham as commercial lettings manager in Liverpool and Tom Lowry as development manager in Plymouth. Roisin Wallace has joined as a residential administrator, Imogen Boyd as a management accountant and Nolly Kikumba as a maintenance coordinator for the North West based in the Manchester office.
