Forward funding partner sought for £110m Manchester BTR scheme

Logik Developments has teamed up with Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures and is now working to secure a forward funding partner for a £110m build-to-rent scheme in central Manchester.  Logik obtained planning consent for the development in 2019.
