Appointments and promotions
Avison Young has appointed Chris Millar (pictured, left) as director of the project management team and Jamie Major as director of office leasing in the London markets team.
Marrons has recruited masterplanning and urban design director Maria Vierma (pictured, centre) to its Bristol team. She joins from Tetra Tech Europe.
Rockwell has appointed Aidan McMahon (pictured, right) as head of sales. He joins from Knight Frank and has overseen central London developments with a combined GDV of around £1.5bn.

Stuart Voss has been appointed as an associate partner in Carter Jonas’ property and asset management team. He was previously head of property at Ipswich Borough Council.
Picton Property’s finance director Andrew Dewhirst will retire from the business in June 2024. Saira Johnston will take on the role of chief financial officer designate from March 2024.
Savills has boosted its residential sales teams in south-west London with the appointment of associate directors Oliver Morley as head of the team in Richmond and Stephanie Mant as head of the Wimbledon team.
Business parks operator Potter Space has hired Richard Dearden as head of marketing.
St Modwen Logistics’ portfolio team has recruited Howard Hill as director of asset management and James Berry as an asset manager in the North West. Hollie Howe has been promoted to planning director, and Carys Allen to senior development manager in the development team.
Angenika Kunne will join Aviva Investors as head of infrastructure equity in January, where she will be responsible for portfolio management and asset origination activities for its climate transition real assets fund.
RICS has named Nicholas Maclean as its next senior vice president. Maclean is chair and managing director of CBRE MENA and previously chaired the Levitt review.
The Industrial Dwellings Society has named Michael Brodtman as its new chair. Brodtman was most recently chair of UK advisory at CBRE and nonexecutive director at Target Healthcare REIT and Grainger.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has hired Jonty Rawcliffe as ESG and sustainability lead for property management in the UK. He was previously head of natural capital at Strutt & Parker.
Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Michał Masztakowski to head of retail agency in Poland.
JLL has appointed Richard Cairnes as head of project and development services for its UK life sciences team. He joins from Currie & Brown, where he oversaw the pharmaceutical and life sciences team in London and the South East.
Rana Rizk has joined Knight Frank as an associate in its South Kensington office.
B8 Real Estate has promoted John Burrows, in North West industrial investment, and Will Kenyon, in industrial leasing, to directors. Anthony Mellor, Thomas Marriott, Alex Perratt and Joe Sinclair have been promoted to associate directors.
Infinium has named Andy Martin as non-executive chairman. His career spans more than 30 years, including a stint at Strutt & Parker and serving as UK chief executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Auction house John Pye & Sons has promoted Alan Avery, Matt Ganner and Bruce Burton to associate directors.
Lichfields has appointed Ellie Roe and Mark Battersby as planners in its Reading office to support projects across the Thames Valley area.
Ciaran Nolan has joined Creative Retail as a consulting director. His role will involve providing advice on all projects related to energy.

Schroder European REIT has appointed Mark Beddy as an independent nonexecutive director, effective from 1 January. He was previously a senior partner at Deloitte.
Former CBRE UK chairman Stephen Hubbard has been appointed as board adviser for Bywater SFC. He is also a non-executive director of the Canada Water masterplan.
