Westfield Insurance is set to take the 36th floor of AXA IM’s 22 Bishopsgate, EC2.
The company is due to sign a 10-year lease to occupy 26,168 sq ft in the City skyscraper for a rent of £85 per sq ft.
The space is understood to have been under option to Apple, which leases several floors of the building, but the tech giant has chosen not to take it.
