Arax and Eurazeo sign Speedo owner for The Johnson Building
Arax Properties, in partnership with Eurazeo, have signed Speedo parent company Pentland Brands and Lacoste footwear, to take a combined 40,807 sq ft at The Johnson Building in Farringdon, EC1.
Pentland Brands will be taking 30,896 sq ft on the fourth floor of the 200,000 sq ft grade-A office building.
The company will be relocating its to the site from its current premises in Finchley, N3.

The building, which is due to be launched to market later this year, has been fully fitted and refurbished. Following the transactions there is 8,885 sq ft still available in the building on the fifth floor.
Pentland Brands is the name behind sport and fashion brands including Canterbury of New Zealand, Red or Dead and Kickers.
The building is part of the Johnson Gardens office campus which includes The Johnson Building, The Courtyard Building, The Townhouse Building and The Sweeps Building, all of which are connected.
