Spurs’ plans for Goods Yard and Depot approved

Haringey Council has approved Tottenham Hotspur FC’s plans to develop 844 homes on two adjoining sites known as the Depot, on Tottenham High Road, and the Goods Yard, on White Hart Lane, N17. The homes will be contained in buildings rising to 32 storeys. THFC’s plans had initially been rejected by Haringey Council’s planning subcommittee in November 2021 as members ruled the development would harm views and heritage assets. The revised plans were approved on appeal by a government planning inspector earlier this week. The revised plans include the provision of two staircases, 33% affordable homes and 22,000 sq ft of commercial space.
