Gillingham House refurb gets the go-ahead

Elwood Fund Management and development manager Landid have been given the go-ahead for the refurbishment of 38-44 Gillingham Street, SW1.

The 44,000 sq ft building will be transformed into 100,000 sq ft of sustainable space in London’s Victoria.

The building will provide eight floors of flexible office space with a 1,076 sq ft café at ground floor level and four roof terraces with a collaborative space for workers.
