Moda gets nod for Bermondsey co-living scheme

Moda Living has been granted planning permission for its first co-living neighbourhood in London.

The Child Graddon Lewis-designed plans for the £134m neighbourhood on Penarth Street, Bermondsey, SE15, include 283 studio homes and 44 affordable homes, along with amenity spaces for residents, including a gym, roof terrace, residents’ lounge, games room and private dining room, as well as an on-site laundry and bike storage.

Moda development executive James Edwards said: “Penarth Street promises to be the perfect flagship neighbourhood to launch our Studio Living platform, offering renters an exciting alternative to house shares in the rental market.”
