Lambert Smith Hampton appoints Neil McShane as Ireland managing director

Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Neil McShane as its managing director for Ireland. McShane (pictured above, right) will rejoin the commercial property consultancy as part of a new management structure for the business, including the agency’s chairman in Ireland, Keith Shiells (left), and head of property management, Gary Nesbitt (centre). He comes to the company with 20 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor in commercial property consultancy. McShane began his career at Lambert Smith Hampton in the professional services department, where he specialised in valuations and lease advisory. Following this he became a director in the agency’s capital markets team, where he worked on investment acquisitions and disposals across the UK and Ireland. He spent 16 years at the company before leaving to start his own niche commercial property consultancy, Inprio, in 2018.
