The property is located in the Tyseley area of Birmingham, with easy access to the city centre and the M42 motorway and 5.6m people living within a 60-minute drive.
Will Outram, associate, asset management at Valor, said: “We are increasingly focused on delivering a highly sustainable product via retrofitting, which reduces the embodied carbon and both supports our tenants in achieving their own ESG goals and is more cost-efficient to occupy.”
Birmingham is a key growth market for Valor, with logistics take-up in 2022 reaching 58% above the long-term average and vacancy rates close to historical lows at around 3% owing to a limited development pipeline.
Valor was advised on the letting by Harris Lamb, Savills and Avison Young.
