Clearbell and Barwood rev up Jaguar lease renewal
Clearbell Property Partners and Barwood Capital have secured a lease renewal to Jaguar Land Rover at their 440,000 sq ft warehouse in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
Jaguar Land Rover has signed a five-year lease at a headline rent of £2.6m per annum.
The space was purchased in January 2021 from alternative investment firm Värde Partners. The distribution warehouse is located on a 21-acre site.

Commercial amenities include a 266 car-parking spaces, two-storey offices and two hub offices.
