Croydon 498-home co-living scheme approved
Fifth State and Wittington Investments have been granted planning consent for their 498-home community-focused, mixed-use co-living development on Addiscombe Road in East Croydon.
The proposal includes plans to transform a vacant building into 498 high-quality co-living homes, with shared amenity spaces, 84 on-site affordable homes and 6,400 sq ft of community/commercial space.
The resident amenities include chef kitchens, lounges, wellbeing studios, spas, cinemas, games rooms and co-working spaces, as well as communal roof gardens, vegetable gardens and terraces.
