Landsec to open three more Myo offices this year
Landsec is to open a trio of Myo locations across the capital before the end of the year as part of its wider flex expansion plans.
The move will take Landsec’s total flexible office offering to more than 210,000 sq ft across its sites at New Street Square, EC4, (45,000 sq ft); One New Change, EC4, (46,000 sq ft); and the Forge, SE1, (48,000 sq ft).
A fourth location could also be on the cards at Lucent, W1, in a move that would add 23,000 sq ft to the portfolio.

Landsec’s Myo portfolio currently comprises two sites at 123 Victoria Street, SW1, and Dashwood House, EC2, which are more than 92% let.
Marcus Geddes, managing director, workplace at Landsec, said: “With today’s commitment to triple our flexible footprint, we make significant progress against our growth strategy, almost reaching our initial growth target in just two years, and we have plans to keep expanding.”
