He will work with Moda’s in-house investment team, including with investment director Guy Hurwood, and engage with the business’s growing pool of global institutional investors and agency partners.
Hurwood said: “Michael is a fantastic addition to the Moda team. With his background in corporate finance, global investor network and strong track record across multiple real estate sectors, including working on some of the living sector’s most significant transactions, we have no doubt he will be a terrific asset to our investment team as we continue to forge sector-leading deals across the UK.”
Old added: “I am hugely excited to be joining the Moda Living team as they complete and consolidate existing development projects, progress their strong development pipeline and expand into more “for rent” living markets.
“It is a privilege to join a team that has built a reputation for excellence, innovation and, crucially, delivery over recent years, and I look forward to drawing on my global finance experience to expand our investor relationships and forge new long-term partnerships.”
