GreenPoint hires real estate stalwarts
US alternatives investment firm GreenPoint Partners has appointed former Oxford Properties chief operations officer Dean Hopkins and ex-BNP PRE UK chief executive Andy Martin as senior operating partners.
Hopkins stepped down from his role at Oxford Properties last year to “transition into an advisory role to the industry at large”.
Martin, who was also previously senior partner at Strutt & Parker, left BNP PRE in 2020. Most recently, he joined Arc Capital Markets as non-executive chairman.

GreenPoint said in a social media post that it was “grateful for the experience, insights, and networks” that Hopkins and Martin will bring to its “ecosystem”.
Separately, the firm has launched a value platform, led by operating partner Eric Boothe. It aims to “deliver tech-enabled, operationally efficient and sustainability-minded real asset investments”.
Earlier this year, GreenPoint acquired Davidson Kempner’s NCP car park portfolio for £305m. To send feedback, e-mail pui-guan.man@eg.co.uk or tweet @PuiGuanM or @EGPropertyNews
