RBC Brewin Dolphin lands at FORE’s Cadworks
FORE Partnership has secured wealth management and financial services firm RBC Brewin Dolphin as the latest tenant at its Cadworks building in Glasgow.
RBC Brewin Dolphin has taken 6,000 sq ft on the eighth floor of the 95,000 sq ft office building, joining existing occupiers OVO Energy and law firm TLT.

Stephen Martin, head of RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Glasgow office, said: “Our requirement was for space that we could fit out without an environmental burden, and Cadworks offers a blank canvas to allow us to do this. Cadworks will make active commuting by bike and foot really straightforward for our team, who are very much on-board with our mission to move forward in a more healthy, planet-friendly way.”
OVO occupies almost 34,000 sq ft in the building, with TLT leasing some 10,000 sq ft.
