HBD’s £140m Brum Jewellery Quarter scheme gets the go-ahead

HBD has secured planning permission for its £140m Neighbourhood residential scheme on the former Sytner car site in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

The development will create 414 high-quality, design-led one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with amenities including private gardens, a roof terrace, social spaces, a gym and lounge, work from home areas and a concierge.

Designed with wellness in mind, Neighbourhood will include extensive planting and gardens alongside a range of features to allow residents to live as sustainably as possible. There will also be a carefully selected mix of independent bars and restaurants.
