Bruntwood SciTech adds further workspace to Alderley Park
Bruntwood SciTech has opened No. 11 Mereside, which forms a part of Mereside Campus at Alderley Park, Cheshire.
The £3.8m waterside scheme offers three floors of category A workspace with offices available from 500 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft, as well as breakout spaces and meeting rooms.
The development also offers access to Alderley Park’s existing amenities and green spaces, including a 232-seat auditorium, on-site gym and sports pitches, and The Churchill Tree pub.

The move follows a series of companies taking residence at Mereside, including Sai Life Sciences, Cisco, Peak Software and SCIEX.
