Moda aims to deliver 10,000 PBSA beds over five years

Moda Living has launched a purpose-built student accommodation platform with the aim of delivering 10,000 student beds in five years. The developer has already secured sites for 4,000 beds in cities including Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Birmingham, and Leeds, with the first of these set to start on-site later this year. Moda’s PBSA developments will be a mix of cluster flats with shared kitchen space and private studios. The student platform will form part of Moda’s overall pipeline of 24,000 new homes across build-to-rent, single family rental and co-living divisions across the UK, worth a combined £6.8bn.
