Time Out Market appoints agent on global expansion
Time Out Market has appointed Gillingham Bell International as its global real estate partner to support the expansion of its food hall brand.
Gillingham Bell’s remit involves targeting new sites worldwide and expanding relationships with commercial landlords and global developers.
There are seven Time Out Markets already open and a further eight signed, with expected opening dates between 2023 and 2027. It is in advanced negotiations on more locations.

The operator focuses on management agreements with landlords and developers.
