Boxpark gets go-ahead for Liverpool site
Boxpark has been given the go-ahead to open a venue at Cains Brewery Village, in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
The dining, retail and leisure operator signed a 15-year lease in September – its first venue outside of London.
Under the £3.5m plans approved by Liverpool City Council, the 21,000 sq ft venue will be transformed into a food hall and events destination featuring a large internal space with 600 covers set over the ground floor, a mezzanine floor and an external terrace.
