House prices fell in November, but energy-efficient homes appear to be holding their values better than the rest.
The average sale price in the UK fell by 0.3% in the month to £295,000, according to the Land Registry, down from the record high of £296,000 in October.
It was the first time in 13 months that prices had fallen, with the official Land Registry data confirming what mortgage lenders, including Nationwide and Halifax, had reported previously.
