LLDC launches partner search for final slice of Olympic Park

The London Legacy Development Corporation is seeking a joint venture development partner to deliver the last major development site on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The £675m project will deliver a new local centre at Pudding Mill Lane. Part of the site, which totals 12.6 acres, currently hosts Stufish’s ABBA Arena on a five-year lease.

The site is located on the southern edge of the park and has a resolution to grant outline planning consent for 948 homes, a minimum of 45% of which will be affordable, 40 dedicated later living homes, a nursery, health centre, community space, play areas and local courtyards with biodiverse planting, as well as the new neighbourhood centre with shops, cafés and restaurants adjacent to Pudding Mill Lane DLR station.
