Turley appoints senior director
Planning and development consultancy Turley has appointed Mark Underwood as senior director, planning and head of London.
Underwood, who was previously head of planning at Deloitte, brings 25 years of experience in delivering built environment projects across a range of sectors in the UK.
In his new role, Underwood will oversee Turley’s London office, which offers planning, economics, EIA, strategic communications, sustainability and heritage, landscape and townscape services. He will also continue to drive the company’s growth plans across the capital and will have a wider national role in delivering its objectives nationally.

The move follows the appointment of Alex Christopher as head of planning, London, in 2021.
