Aviva Investors has bought a distribution warehouse at Suttons Business Park in Reading for £46.5m.
The 210,000 sq ft unit is let to food distribution company Brakes.
The high-spec warehouse features 53 cross-docking bays with space for more than 140 vehicles, an integrated three-storey office facility and a decked 200-space car park. It is EPC-rated B, has a BREEAM Very Good certification and comes with scope for solar panels to be installed on the roof of the unit and decked car park at a future date.
