People moves: Rendall & Rittner appoints new head of quality

This week’s appointments and promotions Rendall & Rittner has appointed Jo Dowsett (pictured, left) to the newly created role of head of quality. Previously, she was a divisional director. Online property specialist My Auction has appointed Aaron Braithwaite (pictured, right) as head of sales. He joins from Under The Hammer. NREP has promoted Toke Clausen to partner. He joined the firm in 2015 and has held various senior investment roles. Knight Frank has appointed Sian-Louise Tangney as head of sales for Battersea & Riverside. She joined the firm last September from Douglas & Gordon. Legendre UK has appointed Pierre Pellerin as operations director. He will oversee the company’s construction sites in the UK. Sixteen Real Estate has hired Brad Angel from Cushman & Wakefield. He joins the building consultancy team led by David Whitney. Law firm Lester Aldridge has hired David Fanchi as a partner in the real estate team in Southampton, acting for both national and international commercial real estate owners and occupiers. Ian Davidson and Martin Elsby have been promoted to partners at DM Hall. Stephen John, a commercial real estate lawyer, and Stephen Chalcraft, a real estate transactions lawyer, have joined Davitt Jones Bould as partners. Instant Group has hired Dominic O’Connor as chief client officer for its UK business. He will lead the company’s growth strategy across enterprise and digital clients. Mark Dansky has joined as a director in its partnerships business. Davidson Estates has promoted Melissa Petros and Andrew Love from associate directors to partners. Graham Whitehouse has been appointed as an engineering director at Warwick-based L&Q Estates. BAM Properties has appointed Euan Miller as managing director. He joined the business 16 years ago as a legal director. Hotel industry specialist James Williamson has joined Graham + Sibbald’s national hotel and leisure team as a director. Evolve Estates has appointed Chris Daly as head of asset management, and Phil Murphy has been promoted to head of property and transactions. Allan Hunt has been named managing director of AHR’s building consultancy. He joined the firm in 1992 and became a director in 2003. Colliers has hired Ben Jones as the director of its parks division. He rejoins the firm from the Valuation Office Agency, where he was a senior executive officer. Wesley Ankrah has been hired as social value director for Savills Earth. He joins from Dominvs. James Sargent has been promoted to land manager at Lovell Partnerships, where he will oversee land opportunities in the Eastern region. Marsha Ramroop has been named executive director of equity, diversity and inclusion at Building People, a social enterprise that aims to improve diversity in the built environment. She joins from the Royal Institute of British Architects. Brasier Freeth has promoted Benjie Haston to associate partner, while Mark Baker has joined the property management team as facilities manager from JLL. Kelsey Edge has been promoted to key account manager at Aldermore. Genr8 Developments has appointed Tiffany Chevis as head of marketing. She joins from Sigma Capital Group. Darran Ezard has joined Scanlans as property manager in its Leeds office. He was formerly with Residential Management Group. David Sinclair has joined law firm Stephenson Harwood as a partner in its real estate practice. Rick Savage has joined Savills as head of healthcare valuations in its operational capital markets division. He joins from CBRE. Graham Porter has been appointed as director of research at Europa Capital to support the investment decisions for its funds and mandates across Europe.
