Following the deal, Cadogan will also collaborate with Walpole on a new annual “State of London Luxury” report, which seeks to analyse the city’s ability to grow luxury brands and its offer as a tourist destination. It will be published in May.
Hugh Seaborn, chief executive of Cadogan, said: “We have the highest concentration of luxury brands here than anywhere other neighbourhood in London, so we hope members will feel very much at home and look forward to working together to help support their exceptional work in promoting British excellence.”
Helen Brocklebank, chief executive of Walpole, said: “Community is at the heart of everything we do at Walpole, and I have long aspired to create a permanent space which is open to members and will become a hub for business, creativity and collaboration as Walpole continues to grow.”
Brocklebank added: “Cadogan’s support for luxury businesses large and small to create a thriving community serving locals and visitors alike, is deeply aligned to Walpole’s own mission and I am hugely excited about the potential of this new partnership.”
