Grosvenor has appointed Hanover Green Retail as sole agent for Motcomb Street in Belgravia, SW1.
The agency will be responsible for all strategy, retail and restaurant lettings on the pedestrianised street, which is close to Knightsbridge and Sloane Square tube stations.
Motcomb Street comprises 36 shops including independent boutiques, Michelin-starred restaurants including Petrus by Gordon Ramsay, and the five-storey Pantechnicon building.
