Karaoke bar chain Lucky Voice has finalised the opening of its first site in the City of London for January.
EG revealed earlier this year that the company wanted to repurpose 4,800 sq ft on the lower ground and ground floors of the Nuveen, PFA and WeWork-owned 1 The Avenue, also known as 10 Devonshire Square, EC2, which was most recently a Pitt Cue restaurant.
The nine-room venue – due to open on 29 January 2023 after the City of London Corporation signed off the plans – will be the latest in a portfolio that also includes sites in Soho, Islington and Holborn, as well as Brighton and Dubai. The company aims to grow to 10 owner-operated venues by the end of 2024.
