Xero takes space at the top of Manchester’s Landmark
New Zealand-based accounting software company Xero will be moving to the top floor of the Landmark building in Manchester city centre.
The 10-year letting has been agreed on 13,239 sq ft of office space on the 13th floor of the St Peter’s Square building.
The 180,000 sq ft development, delivered by Barings Real Estate, offers 14 floors of BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Platinum-certified office space, with a focus on sustainability, customer experience and technological infrastructure.

Occupiers include RSM UK, HSBC, Allianz Insurance, Grant Thornton, JLL and social enterprise Change Please. The building is also home to the Hana by Industrious flex centre.
