Quintain BTR portfolio awarded Platinum WiredScore certification

Quintain has been awarded a Platinum WiredScore certification for its completed build-to-rent assets in flagship neighbourhood Wembley Park, north London. A Platinum certification has also been awarded to its office building the Hive on Wembley Park Boulevard. The certification demonstrates best-in-class connectivity for occupiers including Casio and Network Homes. Quintain is the first to have achieved a Platinum WiredScore certification across an entire residential portfolio. The certificate is part of WiredScore’s Home service piloted in the UK BTR sector ahead of taking it worldwide. The Platinum certifications awarded to Quintain’s buildings make up 22 of just 45 Platinum-certified residential buildings worldwide.
